Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel walk-in, call, and online enquiries about hair, beauty, makeup & cosmetology courses
- Explain course details, fees, duration, certifications, and career opportunities
- Handle student admissions and follow up on leads
- Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain enquiry and admission records (manual/CRM)
- Coordinate with trainers, salon staff, and management
- Counsel clients for salon packages, memberships, and services
- Handle basic front-desk coordination when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred:
- Experience in education counselling, beauty academy, salon, or sales is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & basic English:
- Pleasant personality with convincing skills
Experience:
- 0-3 years (Freshers with good communication can apply)
Salary & Benefits:
- ₹7,000 - ₹13,000 per month (depending on experience)
