Position: Male Operations Executive

Location: Bhopal (Aankhon Dekha Experience Center / MPT Boat Club VR Unit)

Type: Full-time

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Operations Executive to manage daily operations of the VR experience center, ensure smooth visitor flow, coordinate with technical staff, and support administrative tasks across both centers.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations at the VR center.

Assist visitors with VR headsets, ensure proper sanitization and functionality.

Coordinate center scheduling, ticketing, and visitor flow.

Support technical setup, basic troubleshooting, and headset readiness.

Maintain reports: daily footfall, revenue logs, feedback forms.

Coordinate between the main center and boat club VR unit as required.





Supervise on-ground interns/associates and ensure SOP compliance.

Handle vendor coordination, stock management, and cleanliness checks.

Assist in events, school visits, and group bookings.

Requirements:
Positive communication skills (English/Hindi).

Knowledge of basic computer operations.

Experience in hospitality/tourism/retail preferred.

Must be punctual, organized, and comfortable working occasional weekends/holidays if required.

Salary:
Competitive salary + incentives based on performance.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
