Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Project Server and Project Online. Work with project managers to tailor the MS Project solutions to meet their needs. Develop and deliver user training and support for MS Project tools. Ensure the integration of MS Project with other enterprise systems. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Develop custom reports and dashboards for project tracking. Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, changes, and procedures. Collaborate with IT teams to manage updates and upgrades to MS Project software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Project Server and Project Online.



Strong understanding of project management principles (PMP certification is a plus). Experience with SQL Server and SharePoint. Proven ability to train and support end-users. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
