Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media Expert who understands how brands grow on Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn, not just how to post.

Someone who:
- Knows how to build a brand from zero
- Understands service-based + product-based (eCommerce) marketing both
- Is obsessed with Instagram algorithm, reels & viral content
- Thinks in followers, reach, engagement & conversions

Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute social media strategies from scratch
- Create & plan content calendars for service and eCommerce brands
- Ideate, script & guide creation of Reels, short videos & viral content
- Grow followers, reach, engagement & profile visits organically




- Work on brand storytelling, not just promotional posts
- Analyze insights & improve performance regularly
- Collaborate with design, Editing & marketing teams
- Handle multiple client brands (local businesses & electronics stores)

Content & Creativity Skills
- Robust idea of Reels, trending formats & hooks
- Experience with viral video concepts
- Knows what works for local businesses vs eCommerce
- Can convert boring services into engaging content
- Good sense of captions, CTAs & storytelling

Tools Knowledge (Must-Have)
- Meta Business Suite
- Instagram Insights & Analytics
- Social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, etc.)
- Canva / basic content tools
- Understanding of trending audio & hashtags
