We are hiring a Project Coordinator in Surat to support and manage internal coordination across multiple digital marketing projects. This Project Coordinator job opening is ideal for someone who is process-driven, highly organized, and is able to manage project workflows, timelines, and daily coordination effectively.

What We Want You to Do?:
- Coordinate and monitor digital marketing projects across SEO, paid ads, content, and performance teams.
- Ensure team members clearly understand project requirements, scope, timelines, and deliverables based on their roles.
- Track daily tasks, progress, and dependencies using JIRA (or similar project management tools).
- Ensure mandatory JIRA processes and project workflows are consistently followed by all team members.
- Support team members with task clarity, process understanding, and JIRA-related queries.
- Prepare and share Minutes of Meeting (MoM) for internal and client discussions.
- Monitor project risks, impediments, and delays,



and escalate concerns to Project Managers or stakeholders proactively.
- Participate in retrospective discussions and document learnings, best practices, and improvement points for future projects.
- Track training schedules, completion, and assessments, and share structured updates.
- Monitor work logs, billable vs non-billable hours, and burning hours to ensure projects are progressing as planned.
- Prepare monthly summaries and feedback reports on utilization and project health for internal review.

Requirements:
- Basic to intermediate understanding of digital marketing processes and workflows.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, ClickUp, Asana, or similar.
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Clear and professional communication skills for internal coordination and documentation.
- Ability to work closely with Project Managers and support multiple projects simultaneously.
