About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, execution-focused Junior Social Media & Growth Associate who wants to build real skills in social media, content, and personal branding.

During your 2-3 month probation, you will:
- Manage our company's socials:
- Help build the founder’s LinkedIn presence

Based on your performance, ownership, and execution quality, you will be given client accounts (founders, coaches, business owners) to manage.

This is not a posting role. This is a growth + ownership role.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow Instagram and LinkedIn accounts
- Plan and maintain content calendars
- Write captions and adapt content per platform
- Repurpose content into posts, carousels, and short videos
- Do basic design & video editing (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Track performance and suggest improvements
- Research trends, hooks, and content ideas
- Proactively suggest ways to improve reach, engagement, and positioning

What We’re Looking For

Must-have:
- Some experience or strong understanding of Instagram & LinkedIn:
- Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.)




- Positive written English
- Strong ownership mindset - you don’t need to be spoon-fed
- Willingness to learn, improve, and upskill

Nice-to-have:
- Any internship, freelance, or personal page experience
- Interest in content, branding, or business
