Marketing Executive

Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata
Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹50,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Online Marketing Executive to manage and execute digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across digital platforms
- Manage social media platforms including content planning and performance tracking
- Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms
- Implement SEO strategies and oversee basic website optimization
- Coordinate with internal teams for creatives, content, and campaigns
- Track campaign performance and prepare detailed analytical reports
- Lead generation through digital channels and improving conversion rates




- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and online tools

Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing / Sales / Digital Marketing (mandatory)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in online/digital marketing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing
- Creative thinking with a data-driven approach
