We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage online sales channels, product listings, and order operations across marketplaces and websites. The role focuses on improving online visibility, sales performance, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.
- Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing:
- Monitor daily orders, inventory, returns, and cancellations:
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer support teams
- Handle offers, discounts, and festive sales campaigns:
- Track performance metrics like sales, conversion rate, and ROAS:
- Resolve marketplace issues and account health problems
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS and sales reports
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
