Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential donors over the phone
- Clearly explain the NGO’s cause and ongoing initiatives
- Encourage and facilitate fund collection
- Maintain a polite and professional calling approach
Requirements:
- Positive communication and convincing skills
- Basic understanding of telecalling or customer interaction preferred
