We are hiring a hands-on CTO to lead technology, architecture, and AI product development for a fast-growing global HealthTech SaaS startup. This role requires strong Python, AI/ML, LLM, RAG, cloud, and leadership experience with active coding involvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end system architecture, development & deployment:
- Lead AI/ML, LLM integrations, RAG pipelines & backend systems:
- Actively contribute to Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django) codebase
- Manage AWS/GCP, Docker, CI/CD, scalability & uptime:
- Lead and mentor an 8-10 member engineering team:
- Translate client requirements into technical solutions
- Handle technical discussions with US-based clients

Mandatory Skills
- Solid hands-on Python (FastAPI / Flask / Django)
- Experience with LLMs, AI/ML, LangChain, RAG pipelines:




- Cloud deployment on AWS / GCP, Docker & CI/CD
- Backend architecture & API integrations
- 5-8 years overall experience with 2+ years in technical leadership:
- Startup / SaaS product-building experience

Good to Have
- Experience with Voice / Telephony tech (Twilio, Exotel, Asterisk)

Qualifications:
- B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA (mandatory)
