ATM Officer - Indore

Job Role

We are looking for an ATM Officer to manage ATM operations across Indore and Gwalior. The role involves territory management, regular bank visits, and handling ATM RNM (Repair & Maintenance) activities to ensure smooth operations and high uptime.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage ATM operations for the assigned territory (Indore & Gwalior)
- Visit bank branches and ATM sites regularly
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, and internal teams
- Handle RNM activities and follow up on fault resolution
- Monitor ATM uptime and service issues
- Prepare basic reports on visits and operations

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in ATM operations / banking / field operations
- Knowledge of ATM RNM processes
- Willingness to travel within the territory
- Basic MS Excel and reporting skills
- Experience with ATM service providers or banks
- Local area knowledge of Indore & Gwalior

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
