- Manage existing client relationships, ensuring their needs are effectively addressed.
- Gather client requirements and communicate them to the hiring team. Strive to meet or surpass

designated expectations and acquisition targets for current clients.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure prompt and satisfactory fulfillment of client

needs.
- Handle full lifecycle recruitment, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessment, job

analysis, relationship management, and due diligence.
