Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our real estate projects, and engaging in meaningful conversations with customers. You will be key to driving sales and building strong customer relationships, all while meeting set targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Make proactive outbound calls to prospective customers to promote MVV Builders' real estate offerings.
- Provide Information: Clearly communicate information about available properties, project details, pricing, and benefits to potential clients.




- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers professionally, addressing their needs, providing solutions, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Database Management: Accurately update customer records in the database, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and organized.
- Achieve Targets: Meet call quotas, sales targets, and other performance metrics set by management.
- Customer Follow-ups: Follow up with leads and past clients to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Schedule Appointments: Coordinate site visits, meetings, and sales calls to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Offer support to customers by addressing concerns, providing additional information, and resolving any issues they may have.
