Residential Planning

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect who can lead projects with strong design thinking and execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and space planning
- Prepare submission drawings and coordinate approvals
- Design elevations and façade concepts
- Create detailed civil, structural, and working drawings (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, ceiling, wall elevations, etc.) Residential Planning
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors




- Conduct site visits to ensure design compliance and quality standards
- Present designs, mood boards, and 3D visuals to clients

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- 2-5 years of experience in residential and commercial projects
- Strong command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, and MS Office
- Knowledge of local building bye-laws and submission processes
- Strong detailing, execution, and project coordination skills
- Excellent communication and client presentation skills
