- Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Operations: Supervise workflow, resource allocation, and project execution to ensure smooth, efficient functioning.
- Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement strategic improvements for enhanced productivity and cost reduction.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with departments (HR, Finance, Production) to align operations with overall business objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational data to assess performance.
- Budget & Resource Management:
