Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize SCCM infrastructure and task sequences to support Windows deployment and lifecycle management.
- Implement and maintain Intune Autopilot deployments, configuration profiles, and Intune connectors for contemporary device management.
- Manage macOS device enrollment and provide end-to-end management, ensuring smooth user experiences across platforms.
- Support and troubleshoot hybrid Azure AD join environments, ensuring seamless integration with on-premises infrastructure.
- Participate in design, development, documentation, and enhancement of existing or new endpoint management solutions.
- Act as a key escalation point for device management issues, performing real-time troubleshooting and proactive problem resolution.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-relevant communication for stakeholders and end users.
- Contribute to innovation and continuous service improvement by identifying opportunities for automation, scalability, and performance enhancements.

- Strong expertise in SCCM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) infrastructure and deployment techniques.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, including Autopilot, configuration profiles, and macOS management.
- Familiarity with Intune-Azure AD hybrid join setups and overall cloud-device integration.
- Solid understanding of enterprise device management, security standards, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience of working on special devices like Honeywell / Zebra / Industrial or rugged tablets, IoT devices.
