Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, sections, and elevations using AutoCAD
- Translate conceptual sketches and drawings into working technical drawings
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams for design intent and accuracy
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements
- Maintain and organize drawing sets and documentation for projects
- Update and revise drawings based on site feedback and design changes

Skills Required:
- Proficient in AutoCAD with strong drafting speed and precision
- Positive understanding of architectural detailing, especially for high-rise projects




- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Basic knowledge of building materials, construction practices, and bylaws
- Familiarity with MS Office and digital file management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma in Architecture, Civil Drafting, or a related field
- Experience with Revit or other BIM tools is an added advantage
- Prior experience in a reputed architectural firm, especially on large-scale/high-rise projects
