Pyramid Cafe Lounge and Bar is a vibrant and upscale dining destination in the heart of Phagwara. We are currently seeking passionate and skilled Tandoor specialists at various levels—from junior trainees to experienced supervisors—to join our kitchen team.

We are hiring for multiple levels in our Tandoor section. Whether you are an experienced leader (CDP), a skilled independent cook (Commi-1), or an eager learner (Commi-2), we have a place for you. You will be responsible for preparing authentic North Indian and Mughlai delicacies in our traditional clay oven.

Open Positions:
1. Tandoor CDP (Chef de Partie)
- Experience: 3+ years in a tandoor section.
- Role: Independently manage the entire tandoor section. Supervise junior staff, create marinades, control food costs,



and ensure quality consistency.
- Key Skills: Deep knowledge of traditional recipes, leadership, inventory management.

2. Tandoor Commi-1
- Experience: 1-2 years in a tandoor section.
- Role: Assist the CDP in daily operations. Prepare breads (Naan, Roti, Paratha) and basic starters with mínimal supervision. Handle marination and prep.
- Key Skills: Dough preparation, grilling techniques, portion control.

3. Tandoor Commi-2 (Entry Level)
- Experience: 0-1 year (Freshers with a passion to learn can apply).
- Role: Support senior staff in basic preparation (chopping, mixing, cleaning). Learn the art of tandoor cooking on the job.
- Key Skills: Willingness to learn, hardworking, basic kitchen knowledge.

General Requirements (All Levels):
- Passion for North Indian/Tandoori cuisine.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during peak hours (evenings, weekends).
- Strong personal hygiene
