We are currently seeking an experienced skilled to join our team in the role of Business Performance Manager.

In this role, you will:
- The purpose of the Business Manager role is to provide expertise, strategic support and assistance in providing business performance, operational efficiency and value-added advice and services. - Participate in and contribute to the designing of reporting decks and ongoing production ownership for quantitative MI.
- Resource Management - including headcount tracking, reporting, Org design, and analysis.
- Travel & Entertainment analysis, preparation and production of useful MI and analysis to enable early warning of issues so decisions can be made.
