Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Support and Implement district quality improvement program (NQAS) in the district; in collaboration with the district public health system and SCHOOL - Technical support unit.

2. Maintain and manage the SCHOOL project management office in the district; leading and supervising the project team in day-to-day activities.

3. Support in conducting training of hospital staffs on the implementation of quality initiatives.

4. Periodical assessment of public health facilities on quality checklist and arrive at the score for the facility.

5. Provide technical assistance for implementation of internal performance agreement in the hospitals.

6. Facilitate conduct of meetings of Rogi Kalyan Samiti, QA assessment, etc. and promptly assist the assessors.

7. Facilitate mentoring visits, coaching sessions, drills, skill-based sessions or trainings of the facility team to ensure highest level of clinical skill achievement.

8. Monitor the quality improvement progress and verify data on quarterly basis and report to the district quality team and project director.





9. Support the identified public health facilities in all the actions required for attaining national quality accreditation certificate.

10. Ensure timely reporting and process documentation of the project activities on ongoing basis in coordination with TSU team.

11. Support the development of elder friendly services within the district in alignments with SCHOOL’s flagship initiative.

12. Any other task assigned by technical support unit (SCHOOL).

(a) Experience:
a. Essential: Applicant must possess a minimum one year of experience in Hospital Administration/ Public health related / experience of working with health system

(b) Skills and Competencies:
a. Understanding on the Concepts of Quality to the hospitals

b. Knowledge of English and Hindi both written and oral;
c. Effective communication skills, with demonstrated ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport wit
