Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end IT procurement cycle (RFQ to PO issuance and delivery follow-up).

Source and procure IT hardware (laptops, desktops, servers), networking equipment (switches, routers, firewalls), software licenses, and IT services.

Identify and evaluate vendors; maintain strong vendor relationships.

Conduct price negotiations to achieve cost savings and favorable commercial terms.

Compare quotations, prepare cost analysis sheets, and obtain internal approvals.

Ensure timely procurement as per project timelines and operational requirements.

Coordinate with IT, finance, and warehouse teams for smooth material receipt and payment processing.

Track orders, manage delivery schedules, and resolve discrepancies.

Maintain purchase records, vendor database, and documentation for audit compliance.

Monitor market trends, new suppliers, and pricing strategies.

Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.

3-5 years of relevant experience in IT procurement.

Strong stability in previous organizations preferred.

Ready to join immediately or within 15 days.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
