JOB DESCRIPTION- Making outbound calls to US to check Claim status, Handling denials and Patient Eligibility. To check Insurance Follow-up Meet the Productivity and Quality targets within stipulated time

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATION/SKILLS Graduates in any Discipline (other than BTECH pursuing and BTECH 2022) Good Command over English (Oral & Written) Flexible to work in Shifts Good Analytical Skills Computer Savvy Good Listening Skills
