Job Profile: Graphic Designer
- Design and develop social media creatives, posts, and campaigns
- Create visually appealing marketing collaterals, brochures, presentations, and print materials
- Work closely with the marketing and creative team during in-office days (2 days a week) for brainstorming and alignment
- Repurpose existing brand assets into fresh, engaging content
- Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and digital best practices
- Design social media posts (static & carousel)
- Create Instagram stories & ad creatives
- Design thumbnails (Instagram / YouTube)
- Design posters & banners
- Design responsive and accessible interfaces for web and mobile platforms
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components
- Validate designs through usability testing and iterate based on feedback
- Ensure consistency, usability, and visual quality across all products
- Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
- Create presentations & pitch decks




- Design brochures and marketing collaterals
- Adapt creatives to different formats and aspect ratios
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs
- Collaborate with the team and respond to feedback efficiently

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Affinity, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AI Tools, Auto CAD) and other design tools
- Ability to create designs for both digital and print platforms
- Strong sense of typography, colour theory, and layout design
- Knowledge of social media trends and digital-first design
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and visual storytelling
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Communication, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory
- Fast, detail-oriented, and thrives in a high-speed startup setting.
