Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to accurately enter, update, and maintain production, inventory, sales, and related manufacturing data. The role is critical for ensuring correct records, smooth operations, and timely reporting within the manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:Data Entry & Record Maintenance
- Enter daily production data, including output, rejection, and wastage details
- Maintain raw material and finished goods inventory records:
- Update purchase, sales, and dispatch data accurately
- Record machine-wise, shift-wise, and operator-wise production details

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain organized manual and digital records:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required
- Assist in preparing data for accounts, audits, and stock verification
- Cross-check data for errors and discrepancies

Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with production, stores, and accounts departments
- Ensure data is entered on time for management review
- Support supervisors with data retrieval and report generation

System & Compliance




- Maintain data confidentiality and accuracy
- Follow company SOPs and data entry standards
- Ensure timely backup of records (if applicable)

Required Skills & QualificationsEducation
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (Commerce or relevant field preferred)

Experience
- 0-2 years of experience in data entry
- Experience in a manufacturing / factory environment is preferred

Technical Skills
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, formulas preferred)
- Familiarity with ERP / inventory / accounting software is an advantage
- Valuable typing speed with high accuracy

Other Skills
