We don't believe in silos. We are looking for an ambitious Sales Associate who is tired of just "booking meetings" and is ready to take the next step in their career:owning the full sales cycle and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactive Prospecting: Identify and connect with HR leaders and Founders in high-growth companies across India.
- Product Consultations: Conduct high-impact product demos of Perk Payroll, focusing on solving specific customer pain points like compliance, attendance, and employee self-service.
- Closing the Loop: Manage the entire journey from the first "Hello" to the final handshake. You will negotiate terms, handle objections, and drive deals to a successful close.:
- Revenue Ownership:



Consistently meet and exceed monthly acquisition targets to contribute to Perk’s rapid market expansion.
- CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and deal stages to ensure a predictable and healthy sales forecast.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in a target-driven sales environment (SaaS, HRMS, EdTech, or Inside Sales).
- Closing Instinct: A strong desire to move beyond lead generation and a hunger to own the Full Sales Cycle.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English (Conversational skills in Hindi or Telugu are a major plus).
- Resilience: The ability to bounce back from "No" and stay focused on the end goal.
- Tech-Savvy: Quick to adapt to modern CRM tools and cloud-based workflow environments.
