We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecalling Executive who can handle inbound and outbound calls, explain our services clearly, and convert leads into site visits and bookings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Call fresh leads and follow up regularly
- Explain company services in a clear and convincing manner
- Schedule property visits
- Maintain proper call records and update CRM or Excel
- Coordinate with sales team for closures
- Achieve monthly targets

Requirements:
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Confident and convincing personality
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp handling
- Experience in telecalling or sales preferred
- Target-oriented mindset
