Job Title: Retail Sales Officer

Job Summary

The Retail Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining the overall appearance and operations of the retail store. The role involves assisting customers, promoting products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting products according to their needs
- Promote and sell products to achieve individual and store sales targets
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions
- Handle billing, cash, card, and digital payment transactions accurately
- Ensure proper display of merchandise and maintain store cleanliness
- Manage inventory by checking stock levels and reporting shortages
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally
- Support visual merchandising and promotional activities
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines




- Prepare daily sales reports and assist with store audits when required

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum qualification: High school / Graduate (preferred)
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude with a positive approach
- Basic computer knowledge and billing software familiarity
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
