Key Responsibilities:
- Plant Operations: Start up, shut down, and operate processing units (reactors, distillation, separation) using DCS/PLC systems; monitor and adjust parameters like temperature, pressure, flow, and pH.
- Raw Material Handling: Safely load/unload oils (UCO, vegetable), methanol, catalysts, and chemicals; monitor usage and inventory.
- Quality Control: Perform tests (e.g., FFA), log data, and ensure product quality meets standards.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols (PPE, hazardous materials), maintain 5S/GMP, and ensure environmental compliance.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Conduct routine inspections, perform basic maintenance, and respond to alarms/equipment issues.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs, records, and production reports.

Typical Work Environment:
- Shifts: Often requires shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Demands:



May involve standing, walking, climbing stairs (tanks), bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Exposure: Works with flammable/corrosive chemicals, hazardous equipment, and varying conditions (outdoors/indoors, bright/inadequate lighting).

Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in chemical, oil & gas, or process plant operations is often preferred.
- Knowledge of chemical processes, reactions, and distillation is valuable.
- Ability to read/write, speak English, and pass drug tests.
- Strong focus on safety and adherence to procedures.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
