About the Role

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with hiring managers, build strong talent pipelines, and contribute directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical roles.
- Understand job requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical rounds.
- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain a strong database of IT professionals in Mumbai and PAN India.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, closures, pipeline status).

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-5 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience.
- Solid understanding of IT roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data, etc.).
- Experience working with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Target-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
