Now we are looking for experienced merchandising professionals who want to run their own business vertical using our manufacturing strength.

Role: Merchandiser / Business Partner (Profit Sharing Model)

This is NOT a routine job.

We invite experienced merchandisers or export professionals who wish to build their own garment business with zero manufacturing investment.

You will operate as a Business Partner, managing orders and clients while we provide production support.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop domestic & international garment buyers
- Handle end-to-end merchandising operations
- Buyer communication & order negotiation
- Product development & sampling coordination
- Costing, pricing & margin management
- Production follow-up with factory team




- Quality, delivery timeline & shipment coordination
- Build long-term buyer relationships
- Create scalable business vertical under partnership model

Partnership Model

Profit Sharing:
Up to 50% Profit Partnership based on performance & business generation.
