About Bharat Agrolink:
Bharat Agrolink is a rapid-growing agri-commerce company committed to delivering quality agricultural products efficiently across India. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our Logistics Department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm customer orders through calls and coordinate dispatch processes
- Handle customer communication related to order confirmation and delivery updates
- Maintain and update order data in Excel sheets and internal systems
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for smooth order processing
- Track shipments and resolve basic delivery-related issues
- Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate operational records

Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 months of experience in customer support or order handling




- Strong communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Basic understanding of logistics and order management processes
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable with calling customers and handling queries
- Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
