Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Ticketing Executive to manage air ticket reservations, fare quotations, re-issuance, cancellations, and customer coordination while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international air ticket bookings using GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre).
- Provide accurate fare quotations, routing options, and travel solutions to customers and agents.
- Process ticket issuance, revalidation, reissue, refunds, and cancellations.
- Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and suppliers for best fares and availability.
- Maintain booking records, invoices, and client documentation.




- Ensure compliance with airline rules, company policies, and service standards.
- Support B2C and B2B customers with timely responses and confirmations.
- Handle customer queries, schedule changes, and special requests efficiently.
- Achieve productivity, quality, and turnaround time targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in airline ticketing or travel operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with any GDS (Amadeus preferred).
- Good knowledge of fare rules, ticketing procedures, and airline policies.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability.
