We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Merchandiser to assist the merchandising team in coordinating between buyers, production, and other departments. The role involves supporting order execution, sample follow-ups, and maintaining communication to ensure timely delivery and quality output.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling buyer communication and daily merchandising activities.
- Follow up on sampling, production, and shipment schedules.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and sourcing teams to ensure on-time order execution.
- Maintain records for order status, sample approvals, and delivery timelines.
- Assist in preparing cost sheets, purchase orders, and documentation.
- Support in vendor follow-ups for fabric, trims, and accessories.
- Track and update order progress reports in Excel or ERP systems.




- Maintain proper filing of buyer correspondence and order details.
- Ensure timely dispatch and communicate shipment details to buyers.

Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of têxtile or garment manufacturing process.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Strong in MS Excel and documentation.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification:
- Diploma or Degree in Textile / Fashion / Apparel Merchandising / Management or related field.

Experience: Fresher to 1 Year

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
