Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote courses in feeder areas.
- Build strong relationships with schools, tuition centers, and coaching institutes for student referrals.
- Organize and manage seminars, career counseling sessions, roadshows, and school/college outreach programs.
- Conduct door-to-door, field-level, and community-level marketing activities to generate leads.
- Coordinate with counseling and admissions teams to ensure lead conversion.
- Distribute marketing material (pamphlets, banners, posters, etc.) and ensure visibility in targeted regions.
- Track competitors’ activities in feeder areas and suggest strategies accordingly.
- Manage local tie-ups and sponsorships for events to increase brand recall.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on outreach activities, leads generated, and conversions.
- Work with digital marketing and tele-calling teams to follow up on leads from campaigns.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
