We are looking for skilled Assorters to sort and classify stones as per defined quality parameters. The role involves careful examination and segregation of stones based on size, color, shape, clarity, and quality to meet production and design requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Sort and assort stones according to size, color, shape, quality, and weight:
- Ensure accurate segregation of stones as per company standards and job requirements
- Identify defects, inclusions, cracks, or irregularities in stones
- Maintain consistency and uniformity in assortments
- Coordinate with stone purchase, QC, and production teams:
- Maintain proper handling to avoid damage or loss
- Follow instructions related to assortments for specific designs or orders
- Keep records of assortments and job work handled




- Ensure workplace cleanliness and safety while handling stones

Required Skills & Competencies
- Good understanding of
- Strong attention to detail and visual judgment
- Ability to work with accuracy and consistency
- Basic knowledge of stone grading and assorting techniques
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as an Assorter in the gems & jewellery industry
- Practical knowledge of stone assorting is essential

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
