Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Educational Counselor to guide prospective students in choosing the right courses while actively contributing to the institute’s enrollment targets. The role combines counseling skills with sales aptitude to convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective students and parents to understand their academic goals and career aspirations.
- Counsel students on suitable courses, programs, and study options based on their interests and eligibility.
- Achieve individual and team admissions targets by converting leads into enrollments.
- Maintain a database of prospective students and track progress through CRM tools.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, webinars, and career fairs to generate leads.
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to provide accurate course information and updates.
- Provide periodic reports on admission status, lead conversion, and feedback from students.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
