We are a 25-year-old established Plastic Injection Moulding company manufacturing LED light housings for reputed OEM clients. Our plant is fully robotized with conveyor systems and an in-house Tool Room (CNC, VMC, EDM, Spark, and Wire Cut).

We are now strengthening our Quality Systems to match future growth and OEM expansion.

Position Objective

To independently lead and control end-to-end Quality operations from Incoming Raw Material to Finished Goods dispatch, ensuring zero customer complaints and full compliance with ISO & BIS standards.

Key Responsibilities

1️ Incoming Quality Control
- RM testing (granules, master batch, additives)
- Verification of TC (Test Certificates)
- BIS/ISI standard compliance check
- Vendor quality follow-up

2️ In-Process Quality
- Mould setup approval
- First piece inspection
- Process parameter monitoring




- Rejection analysis (shrinkage, flow marks, warpage, flash etc.)
- CAPA implementation

3️ Tool Room Quality
- Mould validation
- Dimensional inspection
- Preventive mould maintenance quality control

4️ Assembly & Final QC
- LED housing fitment checks
- Visual & dimensional inspection
- Functional & strength testing
- Packing audit

5️ Documentation & Systems
- ISO 9001 documentation & audit handling
- CAPA, Kaizen implementation
- Root Cause Analysis (5 Why, Fishbone)
- Internal audits
- Customer audit handlingQualification Requirements
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Polymer / Production
- 7-15 years’ experience in Plastic Injection Moulding Industry
- Minimum 3-5 years in independent Quality Control role
- Experience in LED housing preferred
- Robust knowledge of:
- Injection moulding defects
- RM testing & TC verification
- Mould drawings reading
- BIS / ISI standards
- ISO docum
