Senior Excel Executive - Stores, Dispatch & Production MIS (Plastic Injection Industry) Location: Kadaiya.Daman.

25-year-old established Plastic Injection Moulding Unit manufacturing LED Light Housings.
25 Injection Moulding Machines (130T - 400T) with Robots & Conveyor System installed on all machines.
ISO 9001 Certified Organization.

We are looking for a highly skilled Excel Executive with experience in Plastic Injection Industry to independently handle:
- Stores Data Management (RM/FG / Rejection / Scrap)
- Daily Production MIS
- Dispatch Planning & Dispatch Documentation
- Invoicing Support & ERP Data Entry
- Assembly Data Tracking
- Customer-wise Dispatch Reports
- Stock Reconciliation
- Monthly Consumption & Wastage Analysis
- Pending Order Tracking
- Preparation of Advanced Excel Dashboards
- Creating automated Excel formats
- Using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
- Basic Macros (preferred)
- Handling large data sheets (5000+ rows)
- Designing management-level reports

Qualification:
- Graduate (B.Com / B.Sc.



/ BBA preferred)
- Minimum 3-7 years’ experience as Excel Executive
- Experience in Plastic Injection / Manufacturing Industry mandatory
- Strong Excel skills (Advanced Level)

Required Skills:
- Strong Logical Thinking
- Data Accuracy & Discipline
- Understanding of Production Planning
- Knowledge of BOM, RM Consumption
- Knowledge of GST Invoicing preferred
- Ability to work independently

₹25,000 - ₹45,000 per month
