Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities at the site
- Coordinate with workers and subcontractors
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and instructions
- Monitor quality and workmanship
- Prepare daily progress and manpower reports
- Ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage
- Follow safety norms and maintain site discipline
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / 12th Pass (Civil preferred)
- Basic knowledge of construction activities (RCC, masonry, finishing, etc.)
- Ability to understand basic drawings (preferred)
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of basic safety practices
Experience
- 0-2 years in construction site supervision
- Freshers with site exposure may apply
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
