Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Design current kidswear collections for the Sunita brand.
- Create design concepts, sketches, and mood boards.
- Develop technical drawings and assist with measurements and size charts.
- Select fabrics, trims, colors, and prints suitable for kidswear.
- Coordinate with sampling and production teams.
- Oversee sample development and ensure quality, comfort, and fit.
- Research trends and competitor products in the kidswear segment.
- Make design revisions based on feedback and trials.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in kidswear fashion design.
- Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or related field.
- Strong understanding of kidswear silhouettes, fabrics, and comfort needs.




- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar).
- Knowledge of garment construction and manufacturing processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple designs and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience in the Indian kidswear market.
- Knowledge of prints, embroidery, and surface development.
- Basic understanding of costing and sourcing.
