Job Title: Data Entry Operator

Department: Operations / Accounts
Industry: Laundry Services

Responsibilities:
- Enter daily laundry records such as linen receipt, issue, washing, and dispatch data into the system.
- Maintain accurate data of customer-wise and hospital-wise linen movement.
- Update production reports, machine load data, and shift-wise entries.
- Record billing-related data, invoices, and service details.
- Verify data for accuracy and correct any discrepancies.
- Maintain manual registers and Excel sheets.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management.
- Coordinate with supervisors, store, and accounts team for data clarification.
- Ensure data confidentiality and system security.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate / 12th pass (minimum).
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word,



and basic computer operations.
- Typing speed with accuracy.
- Basic understanding of billing, reports, and MIS.
- Ability to work in shift environment (if required).
- Prior experience in laundry / hospital laundry / industrial services will be an advantage.

Experience:
- 1-3 years experience as a Data Entry Operator (freshers can also apply).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
