Role Objective

The Sales Coordinator will work closely with the CEO to manage sales operations, client coordination, internal follow-ups, and CRM discipline for our premium fitness and transformation programs.

This role acts as a central control point between the CEO, coaches and clients to ensure timely conversions, accurate reporting, smooth onboarding, and excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Coordination & Support

Coordinate day-to-day sales activities for:
Transformation programs

Online & offline coaching

Premium fitness services

Track current enquiries, consultations, follow-ups, conversions, and renewals

Follow up with sales counselors on:
Consultation outcomes

Payment status

Program confirmations

Ensure timely closure of leads without drop-offs

Monitor WhatsApp, calls, and CRM lead flow for pending actions

2. CRM & Sales Reporting

Maintain 100% accurate CRM data:
Leads

Client details

Program type

Payment status

Follow-up stages

Prepare weekly and monthly sales dashboards for CEO review:
Lead inflow

Conversion ratio

Revenue generated





Pending follow-ups

Track:
Sales pipeline

Conversion percentages

Drop-off reasons

Highlight delays, risks, and action points to the CEO proactively

3. Client Communication

Act as a single point of coordination for key or premium clients when required

Schedule:
Consultation calls

Review calls

Strategy meetings

Support preparation of:
Program details

Onboarding instructions

Payment confirmations

Handle escalations smoothly and promptly

4. Internal Coordination

Coordinate with all teams

Ensure:
Smooth client onboarding

Program start timelines

Payment confirmations & invoices

Track:
Pending payments

Renewal reminders

Program completion handovers

Ensure proper handover from sales to coaching team with complete documentation

5. CEO Office Support

Prepare:
Sales summaries

Review notes

Action trackers for CEO meetings

Assist in strategic initiatives such as:
