Wells Fargo is seeking a Wealth Underwriting Associate...

In this role, you will:
- Ensure the efficient and timely delivery of credit services by managing, tracking, assigning, and balancing production of daily underwriting through the supervision of others
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within Wealth Underwriting
- Review less complex basic or tactical pre-screen credit opportunities, provide recommendations, and advise on the structure of credits, and exercise independent judgment to guide accurate preparation and submission of periodic reports
- Receive direction from supervisor and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Present recommendations for achieving consistent and balanced credit culture by managing asset quality standards with growth objectives
- Collaborate and consult with managers, functional colleagues and stakeholders, including internal and external customers

Required Qualifications, US:
- 6+ months of Wealth Underwriting experience,



or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
