Role: JIRA administrator

What part will you play?

JIRA Development experience (Groovy / Script runner)

Handling Service Desk Tickets

Should be familiar with migration of data from one project to another, Migrating data from one tool to another.

Ability to construct and organize Confluence pages and integrate JIRA projects with Confluence pages.





Strong analytics skills that allow you to triage user issues and quickly resolve them

Advising on best practices configuration and recommendations to avoid common pitfalls and challenges.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work in a energetic agile environment.

Applicant should possess a BE/B-Tech in Computer Science/Electronics/IT.

Applicant must possess the following skills:
Must Have Skills

Installation, configuration, up-gradation, administration, and performance enhancement of JIRA Software, JIRA Service Management, Confluence

Hands-on expertise in Jira/Confluence Data Center implementations

Experience with major add-ons like Agile Hive, Adaptavist Scriptrunner, JMWE, Automation for Jira, etc.

Creating and managing complex configuration elements including project workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes and notification schemes and boards.

Knowledge on PostgreSQL/Mys
