Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Safety Manager -CAMO to oversee and strengthen the Safety Management System (SMS) for our Non-Scheduled Operator (NSOP) operations. The role will be responsible for ensuring secure flight operations, regulatory compliance, proactive risk management, and continuous improvement of the organisation's safety standards

n Reports to: Accountable Manager
n
n Purpose:
nTo manage and maintain the CAMO Safety Management System (SMS), ensuring effective identification, assessment and control of continuing-airworthiness safety risks.
n
n Key Responsibilities:
n
n* Implement and maintain the CAMO SMS.
n* Identify hazards and conduct safety risk assessments.
n* Monitor Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs) and safety objectives.




n* Manage safety/occurrence reporting and investigations.
n* Monitor safety corrective and preventive actions.
n* Conduct safety assessments for Management of Change (MOC).
n* Promote safety awareness and a positive reporting culture.
n* Provide safety advice to the Accountable Manager.
n* Support DGCA audits, inspections and safety-related requirements.
n
n Competency:
n
nRelevant aviation/technical experience, CAMO knowledge, SMS training, and understanding of applicable DGCA/ICAO safety requirements.
