Job Description About the Role:
nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Arrangement & Piping Engineer with expertise in Power Plant Design, Plant Layout Engineering, Mechanical Arrangement, and Piping Engineering . The role involves end-to-end responsibility for 3D Plant Design , equipment arrangement, piping layout, and generation of engineering deliverables for large-scale Power, Energy, and Industrial Plant Projects .
nThe ideal candidate should have solid experience in AVEVA E3D/PDMS, Plant Layout Design, Pipe Routing, Isometric Generation, Clash Detection, and Mechanical Arrangement Engineering from concept through detailed engineering and site support.

n Key Responsibilities:

- n
- Develop overall plant layout , site arrangement, underground utility networks, and mechanical network planning.n
- Perform Power Plant 3D Design and equipment arrangement using AVEVA E3D/PDMS .n
- Create and maintain 3D models for equipment, piping systems, structural interfaces, and plant modules.n
- Execute piping routing for water, steam, air, gas,



and utility systems from concept through detailed engineering.n
- Conduct clash detection and resolution with civil, structural, and multidisciplinary engineering teams using E3D and Navisworks.n
- Define plant arrangement concepts including:n
- Equipment handlingn
- Lifting studiesn
- Access and maintenance zonesn
- Walkways and platformsn
- Laydown area planningn
- Design large modular plant sections including equipment positioning, piping layout, basic steel interfaces, and manufacturing considerations.n
- Generate engineering deliverables including:n
- General Arrangement (GA) Drawingsn
- Piping Layout Drawingsn
- Isometric Drawingsn
- Pipe Support Drawingsn
- Material Take-Offs (MTO/BOM)n
- Installation and fabrication drawingsn
- Prepare hydrotest and pressure test mark-ups.n
- Review and resolve technical queries associated with piping and isometric drawings.n
- Coordinate with clients, project team
