n Demand Generation & Outreach

- Identify, research, and generate high-quality B2B leads across industries and target accounts.n
- Connect with CXOs, founders, and senior decision-makers via LinkedIn and other professional platforms.n
- Build and maintain prospect lists and pipelines using CRM and outreach tools.n

n Performance Marketing (Paid Campaigns)
n
- n
- Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta.n
- Help refine targeting, messaging, and creatives to improve lead quality and conversion rates.n
- Research new audience segments, platforms, and growth opportunities for B2B demand generation.n

n Email & Nurture Marketing
n
- n
- Support execution of email marketing campaigns and automated drip sequences for B2B prospects and decision-makers.n
- Assist with contact segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing of email campaigns.n
- Monitor engagement metrics such as open rates, click-through rates,



and conversions to improve campaign effectiveness.n

n Event & Partnership Support
n
- n
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing webinars, conferences, and industry events.n
- Support outreach to partners, speakers, and attendees before and after events to maximize participation and lead capture.n
- Help track event performance, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-ups.n

n Analytics & Reporting
n
- n
- Track and analyse growth and demand generation performance using CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.n
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align messaging and campaigns with performance data.n

n Required Skills & Qualifications

- Solid interest in B2B growth marketing, lead generation, and demand creation.n
- Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach, email tools, and CRM platforms.n
