About the Role

nJaipuria Executive Education & Training is looking for a dynamic Business Development
nManager to drive corporate partnerships and expand our Executive Education portfolio. The role
ninvolves acquiring new corporate clients, developing strategic relationships with HR and L&D;
nleaders, and promoting customized learning solutions, leadership programs, and Management
nDevelopment Programs (MDPs).
n
nKey Responsibilities
n● Drive business development for Executive Education and Corporate Training programs.
n● Build and manage relationships with CHROs, L&D; Heads, HR Leaders, and Business
nHeads.
n● Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals,
nand industry engagement.
n● Sell customized learning solutions, leadership development programs, MDPs, and
ncertification programs.
n● Prepare proposals, presentations,



and commercial offers for corporate clients.
n● Collaborate with faculty and internal teams to design client-centric learning interventions.
n● Achieve revenue targets through new client acquisition and growth of existing accounts.
n● Represent Jaipuria at corporate events, conferences, and industry forums to strengthen
nbrand visibility.
n● Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat
nbusiness.

nDesired Profile
n● MBA/PGDM or equivalent from a recognized institution.
n● 6 -15 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Executive
nEducation, Learning & Development, or Corporate Training.
n● Robust network with HR, L&D;, Talent Development, and Business
