We're seeking someone to join our team as a Director in Institutional Securities Group Product Operations (ISGPO) partners closely with Sales & Trading and our Clients to process daily activities, develop and implement recent products and services, as well as drive efficiency and reduce risk in our processes.

In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is a Team Specialist position at Director level within the Product Support & Services which is responsible for providing transaction support and managing post execution processes.

What you'll do in the role:
- Serve as a subject matter expert within functional area, working with Team Manager to manage processes, risks and/or projects, proposing and implementing improvements/changes.




- Act as key problem solver for area or expertise, applying detailed knowledge to address unique or novel situations, recognize risks and draw out key issues
- Coordinate work, train and develop other team members where required, including task allocation, and project contribution
- Timely and accurate generation of trade confirmations for FID products in accordance with internal bookings, ISDA and industry standards.
- Provide documentation support to Institutional Sales and Trading, and Bank Resource Management on ad hoc deals and projects.
- Provide SME support for the ongoing standardization and confirmation automation initiatives.
- Research and resolve confirmation discrepancies through proactive communication with internal partners (Legal, Sales, Trading, Compliance) and external counterparties.
