​About Us:
Established in 1989, Rational Engineers Ltd. is a leading manufacturer providing a complete range of copper and aluminium winding products used in electrical equipment, with manufacturing units across Gujarat, Daman, and Maharashtra.

​Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager for our manufacturing plant at Halol, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will oversee plant-wide quality standards, drive continuous improvement, and lead the QA/QC team.

​Key Responsibilities:
​Oversee quality checks across incoming, in-process, and final inspection stages.
​Maintain and implement Quality Management System (QMS) compliant with ISO 9001.
​Lead internal audits and coordinate external audits with clients and certification bodies.
​Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA)



and execute Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
​Define and track quality KPIs; generate MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
​Manage customer complaints, quality documentation, and resolution processes.
​Mentor, train, and supervise the QA/QC team.
​Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams for process enhancements.
​Candidate Profile:
​Education: BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering.
​Experience: 7 to 10 years in manufacturing setup (Electrical components/conductor manufacturing preferred).

​Key Skills: QMS, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, RCA, CAPA, SPC, FMEA, Team Management.
